Tiffany Russell was found to be unprofessional in open court, and failed to comply with North Carolina Rules of Practice for Superior and District Court Rule 12. In chambers on June 6, 2014, following her unprofessionalism in open court, Russell was fined $100.00. Russell continued to be argumentative in chambers. As a result, the North Carolina State Bar ordered a censure to Russell on June 11, 2014.
