Brady Ciepcielinski served as the Features Editor of the Campbell Law Observer during the 2014-2014 school year. He received his Bachelor’s Degree in Finance with a minor in History from Virginia Tech in 2012. Brady has previously worked for Chief Bankruptcy Judge Randy D. Doub; Cobin Law, PLLC; the North Carolina Office of the State Auditor; and Rogers Townsend & Thomas, PC of Charlotte. Brady graduated from Campbell Law School in May 2015.

Updated February 20, 2014: FCC Chairman Tom Wheeler announced yesterday that he does not plan to seek further judicial review of the D.C. Kansas lawsuit aims to remove evolution from science standards

A new lawsuit filed by Citizens for Objective Public Education (COPE) aims to remove evolution from the curriculum in Kansas public schools.  COPE’s self described objective is for children to “have the right to be objectively informed about controversial explanations that impact religious beliefs, rather than be indoctrinated to accept a particular explanation.” The lawsuit (pdf) specifically targets freedom of religion rights for both students and parents.  COPE argues that [...]
