09.25.2015 Disbarment [Jones County]

On September 25, 2015, Franklin Huggins was disbarred from the practice of law.  Huggins misappropriate d entrusted client funds, used client entrusted funds for his personal benefit and/or the benefit of others not entitled to those funds, engaged in criminal activity and conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit, and an inability to be fit for the practice of law.  He resigned his license to practice law and tendered his license.  As a result of his inappropriate actions, and his resigning his license, he was disbarred from the practice of law.
