10.23.15 Disbarment [Pamlico County]

On October 23, 2015, William Sage was disbarred from the practice of law.  Sage misappropriated entrusted client funds in the amount of 43,500, in violation of the Rules of Professional Conduct.  He resigned his practice of law to the NC State Bar and tendered his license.  As a result of his misappropriation of funds, and resigning his license, he was disbarred from the practice of law.
